how we make our dough
we start with the best organic flour from Utah where grains are milled the old fashioned way.
then we mix, roll, and stretch our dough into the perfect pies and top with organic tomato sauce.
from there, our dough is flash frozen, locking in freshness, to deliver consistently delicious crust for our pies.
then it goes on to our shop, where we top with premium ingredients in classic and crazy combinations and bake for you to enjoy.
